Cosima Deetman

Cosima is a senior at Yale studying Environmental Engineering, with certificates in Energy Studies and German. Her interest in CCUS led her to the CC Lab, where she works on their biologic program, specifically focusing on terrestrial biomass storage. Outside of the CC Lab, she researches sustainable nanoparticle synthesis with the Zimmerman Lab. She is also a project lead for Yale Engineers Without Borders. In her free time, Cosima enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, hiking, and listening to random podcasts.
