Leslie Guerra

Leslie’s interest in understanding how diverse human and non-human communities are impacted by climate change has spurred her passion for climate change mitigation. In pursuit of these understandings, Leslie has studied and researched globally, including Tanzania, Australia, and Ecuador. Locally, she has worked as an intern for environmental non-profit organizations, such as The Nature Conservancy in New York and SoundWaters in Connecticut.

Leslie graduated from Yale College in 2024, summa cum laude (Phi Beta Kappa), with a B.A. in Environmental Studies (with distinction) and an Advanced Language Certificate in Spanish. In her free time, Leslie enjoys exploring local beaches, playing volleyball, painting, and drawing portraits.
