Puneet Chhabra

Puneet Chhabra is an engineer, scientist, and innovator with over 15 years of experience in academic and industrial environments. He has significant domain expertise in atmospheric chemistry, measurement techniques, and product development. His graduate and postdoctoral research investigated the chemistry of biogenic and anthropogenic aerosol using advanced mass spectrometry techniques (Google Scholar Profile). Prior to joining the Carbon Containment Lab, Puneet led global teams in developing new air quality sensors and gas chromatography instruments at PerkinElmer.  In 2024, Puneet completed his MBA from the Yale School of Management focusing on Sustainability.

Puneet also holds a Ph.D.from the California Institute of Technology in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Science (2011) as well as B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2005).
