Leah Cantor

Leah is pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Management at Columbia University in New York City. Her studies at Columbia focus on scaling and financing nature-based solutions that support both climate mitigation and biodiversity conservation. At the Carbon Containment Lab, Leah’s work contributes to the exploration of biologic solutions. Leah has previous experience as the sustainability manager for a sustainability-focused investment advisory firm in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and as an environmental journalist focused on coverage of New Mexico’s renewable energy transition and wildfire response.
