Owen Pinhasi

Owen is a sophomore at Yale studying Physics on the intensive track and pursuing a certificate in Energy Studies. At the CC Lab, he's working on the methane project, and in particular on oil and gas well plugging in the San Juan Basin. He's previously worked on research regarding solar cell durability, fundamental charge transport, and algae biorefinery. Outside the lab, he's the treasurer of the Yale Dramatic Association, and is often found lighting and props designing theater productions, hiking with friends, or crocheting.
